A new trailer for Sam Raimi’s Send Help includes a Bruce Campbell Easter egg, and Zazie Beetz racks up the kills in a red-band trailer for her new thriller They Will Kill You.

In a couple blink-and-you’ll-miss-it flashes in the Send Help trailer, Raimi’s frequently featured actor Bruce Campbell is visible in a photograph tossed in the trash by Dylan O’Brien’s character Bradley. Campbell, known best for his many appearances as Evil Dead‘s Ash Williams, also smiles down at us from a portrait on a wall in the background.

Campbell is listed as a cast member for the film, so his involvement may go beyond the brief glances of him provided by the trailer.

Send Help opens on January 30th, 2026, and also stars Rachel McAdams. The movie’s official description reads, “When coworkers Linda (McAdams) and Bradley are the sole survivors of a devastating plane crash, they find themselves stranded on a remote island. What begins as a desperate bid for survival quickly turns into an unsettling battle of wills, wits, and past grievances in this twisted mix of horror and humor.”

The trailer shows McAdams’ mousy, oppressed character turning the tables on her obnoxious new boss by weaponizing her superior survival skills and his injured state and becoming the de facto “boss” of the island while they await rescue.

The trailer for They Will Kill You is so vicious, we can only link to it here. In it, Zazie Beetz finds herself fighting for her life after taking the wrong job.

The movie’s description from Warner Bros. promises “a blood-soaked, high-octane horror-action-comedy in which a young woman must survive the night at the Virgil, a demonic cult’s mysterious and twisted death-trap of a lair, before becoming their next offering in a uniquely brazen, big screen battle of epic kills and wickedly dark humor.”

Beetz plays a new chambermaid, at least before becoming the place’s resident human target, much like John Wick was in his films. We hope that the trailer, which demonstrates Beetz’s considerable weapons and hand-to-hand combat skills, hasn’t given away the best of her bloody rampage.
