Though it began its existence as only a movie prop, the book Look Out for the Little Guy! is now a real book that you can buy to adorn your coffee table.

In a universe-bending video released Thursday, Paul Rudd took to YouTube to announce that Marvel is publishing a memoir, albeit fictional, that was ostensibly written by his character Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man.

Look Out for the Little Guy! will be released in September, but is available for pre-order now, and is 100% a real book.

“That’s right. This once-movie prop is now an actual real life book you can purchase wherever books are sold,” Rudd says in the video, which starts with him recording a few lines for what must be the upcoming audiobook edition. “How’s that for meta?”

The book is featured in the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which has scenes of Rudd as Lang promoting his in-movie memoir, which is part of his character’s campaign to capitalize on his newfound Avengers-related celebrity.

“In this new book I’m almost certain was not written by me, we pull back the curtain and uncover the man behind Ant-Man, Scott Lang,” Rudd says in the video. “Who is he? What’s he like? Why does he look so much like me?”

According to the publisher, the book is “a bracingly honest account of his struggles and triumphs, from serving time to being a divorced dad to becoming Ant-Man and joining The Avengers. These are stories of epic battles won and lost, as this everyman turned Superhero finally tells all—from the official account of what really happened between The Avengers and Thanos to how shrinking down to ant-size really feels to the challenges of balancing the roles of hero and dad.”

According to Variety, the memoir isn’t first book the MCU has used to directly tie into the ever-expanding movie and television franchise, but it is the first of its kind published as a vehicle for one of Marvel’s lead characters.

Quantumania comes out in theaters on February 17th, so you won’t be able to enjoy the memoir before everyone in the Marvel Cinematic Universe has had their chance.
