Murders in the Arconia may go unsolved – if only for a little while – in the upcoming season of Only Murders in the Building.

Hulu’s popular, Emmy-nominated (and Emmy-winning, in various categories) series about a three intrepid podcaster-slash-amateur crime-solvers, will return for a fourth season at a yet-to-be-determined date.

What has been determined is that Meryl Streep (the recipient of a few gold statuettes herself) will return to play Loretta Durkin, the love interest to Martin Short’s Oliver Putnam, which means that some of the action will take place in Los Angeles, at least at the beginning of the fourth season.

At the end of the third season, Loretta received an offer to work in Los Angeles, so the entire team, Short, Steve Martin as Charles Haden Savage and Selena Gomez as Mabel Mora, will tag along. It’s not a permanent trip though; eventually the action will return to New York City, home of the Arconia building mentioned in the show’s title.

The end of the third season also set up the fourth season’s main mystery, when another person in Charles, Mabel, and Oliver’s orbit was found dead. This time, Sazz Pataki, Charles’ stunt double who was played by Jane Lynch, was the unlucky victim.

Also announced is the casting of Saturday Night Live alum Molly Shannon, who will play a “high-powered LA business woman” who gets caught up in the investigation back in New York, per Deadline.

Only Murders in the Building was created by Martin and John Hoffman who write and executive produce, along with Short, Gomez, Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal. The series is produced by 20th Television for Hulu.
