You can visit Jupiter’s Claim before you even know how scary it is.

Jupiter’s Claim, the fictional theme park featured in Nope, Jordan Peele’s next terrifying film, will be a permanent part of Universal’s Studio Tour.

The prospector-themed attraction, which will be featured at Universal Studios Hollywood, was created by the movie’s production designer Ruth DeJong, and carefully disassembled postproduction before being reconstructed on site. it will be open on July 22nd, the same day the film opens theatrically, nationwide.

The attraction will feature original props and details from the movie, which from the trailers, seems to be about an alien invasion on a Black-owned Hollywood horse ranch. It stars Keke Palmer and Daniel Kaluuya as siblings Emerald and OJ Haywood.

In the movie, Jupiter’s Claim is a family-oriented theme park owned and operated by ex-child star Ricky “Jupe” Park (Steven Yeun) in the Santa Clarita Valley of Southern California. The park’s theme is based on a whitewashed version of the California Gold Rush. Jupiter’s Claim becomes a central location for the film’s intergalactic invasion.

Jupiter’s Claim is in good company, joining attractions from Steven Spielberg’s War of the Worlds and Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho on the studio lot.

“I remember visiting Universal Studios when I was 12 years old and being mesmerized. That experience reinforced my passion and drive to someday join in on the meta-magic of ‘backlot life.’ Since then, I’ve been fortunate enough to direct three movies for Universal,” Peele said in a statement. “It is a privilege to honor these collaborations with my studio partners, crew members, and cast, and to be able to share Jupiter’s Claim with fans.”

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Jordan Peele and bring a piece of his innovative film to Universal Studios Hollywood for our guests to experience,” Scott Strobl, executive vp and general manager, Universal Studios Hollywood, said in a statement. “Jordan’s creativity and ingenuity have produced unique, thought-provoking movies, and we couldn’t be more excited to showcase his original Jupiter’s Claim set as a permanent centerpiece attraction on the Studio Tour, giving our guests a front-row seat to authentic movie-making magic.”
