Who you gonna call? With this many ghosts to exorcise, more than one ghost buster is a good idea.

Tuesday, Disney released a new full-length trailer for its upcoming Haunted Mansion movie, which is due to invade theaters on July 28th. Full of silly yet horrific virtual effects, this movie is obviously not just for kids.

The “grim-grinning” ghosts of the Haunted Mansion have come out to socialize in the new trailer for the movie, which is about a mother (Rosario Dawson) and her son (Chase W. Dillon) who move into the a mansion that has a lot of univited guests. They find they must enlist “a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters.”

Amongst those hired to help exorcise the ghosts are a tour guide (LaKeith Stanfield), a psychic (Tiffany Haddish), a priest (Owen Wilson), and a professor (Danny Devito). In one comedic clip, two of the crew report a ghostly crime to a detective (Hasan Minhaj) who manages to sketch out an eerily accurate sketch of the phantom perpetrator (the infamous Hatbox Ghost, played by Jared Leto).

The trailer features many nods to the iconic Disney ride might notice, from the stretching room to the Doom Buggies. We also see characters like the ghostly axe-wielding bride Constance Hatchaway, the crystal-ball ghost Madam Leota (Jamie Lee Curtis), and the trio of hitchhiking ghosts.

The Haunted Mansion ride has a full back story, though it varies from park to park. The mansion seen in the movie seems to be most closely based on the California’s Disneyland Park version of the ride, which has an antebellum-style New Orleans manor.
