The women are getting a little squirrely on The Bachelor. (ABC/Craig Sjodin)

The Bachelor is back, but we are minus one contender.

As Matt is coping with one of his front-runners, Sarah, leaving, there is still drama going on in the house. The girls are talking about how they are happy Sarah is gone and Victoria says that the trash took itself out.

This rubbed Katie the wrong way and she stuck up for Sarah. Victoria said she will say and do whatever she wants because that’s what she can do.

The girls are wondering if Matt will be okay to go on the group date still or if this will affect him too much and wonder if he may cancel to focus on his feelings and emotions at the time.

Victoria and Katie have a one-on-one talk and Victoria asks for Katie to apologize for calling her out in front of the group earlier and Katie rejects giving her an apology. I would, too.

The two talk it out but nothing really gets resolved and the two have tension for the remainder of the episode.

The group date really just looked like the portion before a rose ceremony, just a little more casual than ball gown dresses.

At the end of the night, Chelsea is the one to get the rose from the group date.

The cocktail party begins and as the night is moving along, Matt and Victoria get the chance to talk privately and are eventually interrupted by Chris Harrison.

Chris asks Matt if he can come with him because they need to discuss something. Victoria goes back into the house and tells the other girls that Chris took Matt and it seemed serious.

Now, all the girls are freaking out and wondering what could be going on. They notice Matt outside and see an SUV pull up to the house and expect to see Sarah walk out.

Little did they know, they were in for a surprise. Five new girls got out and introduced themselves to the man of the hour.

The new women are Brittany, Michelle, Ryan, Kim, and Catalina.

When Catalina gets out of the car, she is wearing a sash and crown that says “Miss Puerto Rico” and automatically I knew there would be tension between her and “Queen” Victoria.

Uh, oh, Victoria, you aren’t the only royalty present now. (ABC/Craig Sjodin)

Catalina enters the house and Victoria calls her over and says that she is “queen” and she deserves that crown. So what does Victoria do? She snatches the crown right off Catalina’s head and places it on herself.

Anna later says that she recognizes Brittany from somewhere because they are both from Chicago, which becomes ironic later on.

The roses for the night are handed out and four out of the five new women receive a rose. This makes a lot of the ladies mad because they have been there longer trying to win Matt’s heart but don’t get a chance anymore.

As the next group date is about to begin, Ben Higgins, who appeared on The Bachelorette season 11 and later became The Bachelor of season 20, shows up to help out.

The group date is a competition, where the girls have to go through a race/maze to become the winner at the end for a special prize.

First off, the women have to hop into a 1,000 pound pumpkin and row across the lake to the other side. Once there, they need to get out and change into a squirrel costume and find the nut with their name on it in a pile of leaves. After that they must drop the nut in a basket and run across to the finish line to become the winner.

This is totally normal. (ABC/Craig Sjodin)

At the end, the winner of the date was Mari. She wins a bag of nuts.

The night is moving along and Anna and Matt are talking. Brittany comes and says she wants to talk to Matt but Anna says she needs five more minutes and Brittany finally agrees but just stands right outside.

Once Anna’s time is up, she goes and talks to Victoria about Brittany and all the “tea” she has on her.

Anna then blurts out that Brittany is an escort in Chicago and hangs around all the richest men in the city. This is the ironic part because Anna claims she does not know Brittany, but yet she knows all of this stuff about her in one of the biggest cities in the world.

Back at the house, the one-on-one date card shows up and new girl Michelle is granted that time with Matt.

Bri ends up getting the group date rose, but it doesn’t end there. Anna confronts Brittany about these rumors and obviously Brittany denies them.

The next morning, Brittany talks to Katie and another girl about these rumors and says she can’t understand why someone would say something like this about her. This does not sit well with Katie, especially after what just happened with Sarah.

The one-on-one date is a scavenger hunt that Chris put together for Matt and Michelle.

They first have to zip line down to their next note which makes them pop a bunch of balloons and answer questions that are hidden in them. After that, they get in a hot air balloon and enjoy the rest of their date.

At the dinner portion of the date, Michelle and Matt open up to each other and it seems like they already have a great connection and that she has been there the entire time and did not just show up the night before.

Michelle has definitely become one of my top favorites and a front runner for Matt.

Michelle does get the date rose and they spend the rest of the night just talking and getting to know one another better.

The following group date is one that lets the women get anger out about everything going on. It is a boxing match between the girls in front of a live audience, aka the girls who were not on the date.

Mia St John is there to help prep the women for the ring and show them how to properly fight and punch.

Some of the fights get too intense and Matt ends up calling it and says they will just all go get cleaned up and meet later that night for the after party.

At the after party, it is all normal until the end. There are no new girls on this date so it allows for the girls to talk smack about them. This, once again, does not sit well with Katie and she stands up for them saying that they are now living with them and they need to respect everyone.

Katie then takes it into her own hands and goes to Matt to tell him that there are rumors going around that could potentially ruin someone’s life and she is not exaggerating when she says that.

Matt did not seem to hand out a group date rose, but there are no previews for next week if he does either. But what Katie just said did not go over well with him and he needs to reconsider things.

Next week is again, a drama-filled episode. Matt confronts the group and there are girls crying left and right about who knows what at this point.
