After more than a year of a pandemic-jumbled schedule, The CW has finalized a summer schedule that includes some returning favorites and new programs, using the so-called off-season to launch new seasons of its biggest hits.

The network today set premiere dates for new seasons of series including DC’s Stargirl, Masters of Illusion and Roswell, New Mexico among others, and announced a new date for Riverdale‘s returnIt also announced the start of Supergirl‘s last season and the US premiere of Wellington Paranormal from Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi .

The network had already announced its spring schedule. DC’s Legends of Tomorrow returns for its sixth season on Sunday, May 2nd at 8/7c, to be followed by a new episode of Batwoman, which is moving back an hour to 9/8c.

Dynasty will kick off its fourth season on Friday, May 7th at 9/8c, following a new episode of Charmed, which is also returning to Friday nights.

The last returning spring series is In the Dark, which premieres its third season on Wednesday, June 9 at 9/8c, following a new episode of The CW’s Kung Fu reboot.

The US premiere of the What We Do in the Shadows spinoff Wellington Paranormal kicks off with back-to-back episodes starting at 9/8c. Sunday, July 11th. It will be paired as of the following week with Season 2 of Britcom Dead Pixels which will air at 9:30/8:30c.

Canadian procedural Coroner returns for its third season at 9/8c on Thursday, July 15th, and the fourth and final season of legal drama Burden of Truth joins it on the schedule at 8/7c. starting August 19th.

Season 3 of Roswell, New Mexico premieres Monday, July 26th at 8/7c, and DC’s Stargirl launches its second season on Tuesday, August 10th, where it will initially be paired with Superman & Lois as it concludes its premiere season before teaming up with Supergirl, which returns with its last 13 episodes ever on Tuesday, August 24th.

Meanwhile, Riverdale returns from its hiatus on Wednesday, August 11th, for the remainder of its fifth season. That’s a month later than initially scheduled for the Archie Comics offshoot, which had been set for July 7th.

Magic series Masters of Illusion will begin its new season with two episodes starting at 8/7c. Friday, August 13th.
